Amazon Advertising seeks the world's brightest and best Technical Product Managers to lead next-generation solutions that enable advertisers to reach customers across our owned and operated sites, on other high-quality publisher sites across the web, and on millions of desktops, mobile, and connected TV devices. We are seeking a Sr. Product Manager, Technical to lead our efforts to build our inventory discovery and management capabilities within the Amazon Advertising Console across both internal and external supply sources. In this role, you will drive the planning strategy and roadmap of our advertising business. You will coordinate complex product initiatives across internal teams and stakeholders to prioritize roadmap features, and spearhead the definition of new capabilities through product and business requirements documents.
You will have a high level of comfort with ambiguity, a deeply analytical mindset with the ability to investigate complex challenges, and can effectively influence across organizations. You work backwards from the customer needs, dive deep into data to understand the issues, and drive product development and working to deliver those needs with cross-functional teams.
You have a desire to work on projects where you are implementing solutions to real problems that require creativity and deep understanding of the problem space. You challenge yourself and others to constantly come up with better and often disruptive solutions. You know how to work cross-functionally to create alignment and deliver results. You want to create value and impact the direction of entire industries. You will have responsibility through the full product life cycle, from product strategy, prioritization and development to adoption and iteration with global sales and account management teams.
Key job responsibilities
Lead the strategic vision and execution of media planning solutions that enable agencies and advertisers to effectively discover, plan, and optimize their advertising campaigns across Amazon's advertising portfolio. Core responsibilities include:
- Drive product strategy and roadmap for media planning applications that streamline campaign planning, audience targeting, and performance forecasting
- Partner with agencies, advertisers, and account teams to deeply understand media planning workflows, pain points, and optimization opportunities
- Define and deliver features that improve planning efficiency, audience insights, and campaign effectiveness across multiple ad products
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop scalable solutions that integrate with existing agency tools and workflows
- Own key performance metrics around tool adoption, agency satisfaction, and media planning efficiency
- Develop clear product documentation including PRFAQs, and strategic vision documents
- Drive alignment between media planning applications and broader advertising technology ecosystem
Success requires strong understanding of agency workflows, media planning processes, analytical skills, stakeholder management, and ability to translate complex agency requirements into intuitive product solutions.
Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years of end to end product delivery experience
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
