Job Description Lead end-to-end SaaS sourcing initiatives, including RFP/RFI/RFQ development, vendor evaluation, and contract negotiations Strong understanding of SaaS pricing models, licensing structures, renewals, and commercial terms Perform pricing, cost, and rate benchmarking analyses, including hourly, blended, and time-and-materials engagements Negotiate complex commercial agreements, including pricing, SLAs, service credits, renewals, and termination terms Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, IT, Security, and business stakeholders to align sourcing strategies Develop evaluation models, scorecards, and total cost of ownership (TCO) analyses to support sourcing decisions Drive cost savings and cost avoidance through strategic negotiations and supplier optimization Support contract lifecycle activities, including redlining, approvals, renewals, and supplier performance management Communicate sourcing strategies and financial impact clearly to senior leadership We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
