**What You’ll Be Doing**
Performs a variety of ATM Operations duties that require the ability to work in a time-sensitive environment with good critical thinking skills, accuracy, and diligence. This position is responsible for monitoring and processing all ATM transactions related to Deposit Operations of the Bank as well as providing support to our lines of business. Candidate should possess the ability to adapt to change and promote teamwork through individual participation.

**How You’ll Succeed**
+ ATM Support: Provide advanced support for ATM hardware and software, ensuring continuous and reliable operation.
+ Incident Management: Assist in overseeing the resolution of ATM outages, software/hardware failures, and service disruptions, ensuring timely and effective incident response.
+ Preventive Maintenance: Develop, implement, and maintain preventive maintenance schedules for ATM hardware and software to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
+ Vendor Coordination: Liaise with ATM vendors and service providers to escalate issues, coordinate repairs, and manage software/hardware upgrades.
+ Software Updates & Configuration: Manage ATM software deployments, configuration changes, and ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements.
+ Root Cause Analysis: Conduct thorough investigations of recurring ATM issues, document findings, and recommend solutions to prevent future occurrences.
+ Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of support activities, incidents, maintenance schedules, and system changes. Provide regular status reports to management.
+ Stakeholder Communication: Act as a point of contact for ATM-related technical queries from branch staff, operations teams, and other departments.
+ Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve ATM support processes, enhance system reliability, and reduce operational costs.
+ Project Assignments: Participate in projects as assigned by Operations Management, supporting strategic initiatives, installs, removals, and process improvements.
+ Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
+ Replenishment: Responsible for cash ordering and balancing/reconciliation of ATM network
+ Business Continuity: Manage and ensure business continuity/disaster recovery plans are maintained and tested.
+ Other duties as assigned.
**Who You Are**
+ Bachelor’s degree Preferred (or equivalent experience)
+ 2+ years of experience in ATM support, IT operations, or banking technology environments
+ Strong knowledge of ATM hardware, software platforms, and network connectivity
+ Experience with troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair of ATM systems
+ Familiarity with banking regulations, security standards, and compliance requirements (including those specific to the USA)
+ Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and manage multiple priorities
+ Ability to multi-task, prioritize and organize work based on request volume and other departmental assignments as assigned.
+ Ability to work independently, meeting deadlines.
+ Detailed and process oriented with a focus on integrity and accuracy of information.
**Preferred Skills**
+ Experience with major ATM vendors (e.g., NCR, Diebold Nixdorf, FIS)
+ Experience with major Cash Servicing vendors (e.g., Brinks, Garda, Thillens)
+ Knowledge of ATM transaction processing, encryption, and security protocols
+ Knowledge of FIS systems
+ Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
_At CIBC, we offer a competitive total rewards package. This role has an expected salary range of_ **$57,500 - $65,000K** _for the Illinois market based on experience, qualifications, and location of the position. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit’s incentive compensation plan, which may also include a discretionary bonus component.
