Our client, a leading technology solutions provider, is seeking a Sr. Portfolio Manager/Tech Business Manager- ServiceNow SPM to join their team. As a Sr. Portfolio Manager, you will be part of the technology management department supporting enterprise-wide initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a detail-oriented mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Sr. Portfolio Manager/Tech Business Manager- ServiceNow SPM
**Location:** New York, New York or White Plains, New York (On-site 2x/week)
**What's the Job?**
+ Oversee and manage enterprise-wide technology portfolios using ServiceNow SPM, ensuring alignment to strategic business goals.
+ Analyze, track, and report on IT spend, project health, capacity, and ROI using Apptio and other reporting tools.
+ Collaborate with PMOs, product owners, finance, and technology leadership to capture and align demand, prioritization, and funding allocations.
+ Own the development and delivery of high-impact PowerPoint presentations and Excel-based dashboards for executive-level reporting and decision-making.
+ Create and maintain portfolio roadmaps, investment plans, business cases, and performance metrics.
**What's Needed?**
+ 10+ years of experience in portfolio management, program management, or technology business operations in enterprise environments.
+ Strong experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)—ideally including Demand, Project, and Investment modules.
+ Proven hands-on experience with Apptio for IT financial management, cost modeling, and TBM (Technology Business Management).
+ Advanced PowerPoint skills—ability to build executive-level decks that communicate strategy, progress, and outcomes.
+ Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, advanced formulas, lookups, and dashboarding.
