Key job responsibilities *Create innovative solutions using data and research to address wider challenges in your organization *Take a big-picture approach in your analysis of business operations, driving improvements across a range of teams and organizations *Work alongside senior leadership to establish and prioritize improvement programs, seeing them through from start to finish *Enhance operational performance on every program in partnership with your stakeholders Basic Qualifications - Experience in program or project management - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership Preferred Qualifications - Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field - Experience leading process improvements Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
