As a Senior PeopleSoft HCM Developer, you will be a key technical expert in designing, developing, and deploying enhancements to the PeopleSoft ePerformance module, partnering with HR leaders and technical teams to drive long-term scalability, performance, and user experience improvements across departments.
Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain customized ePerformance components using PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, and Fluid UITranslate functional requirements into Technical Design Documents (TDDs) and implement scalable solutions aligned with project goalsCollaborate with HR teams, developers, and infrastructure groups to ensure performance, compliance, and system reliabilitySupport all phases of testing and rollout, including unit, system, and UAT across DEV, TEST, and PROD environmentsDocument migration processes, SOPs, and best practices while mentoring junior development staff Qualifications and Requirements:10+ years of PeopleSoft HCM development experience, with proven expertise in the ePerformance moduleProficient in PeopleTools 8.5x, including PeopleCode, Application Designer, Integration Broker, and Fluid UIStrong understanding of functional HR processes and the ability to work in a decentralized enterprise environmentDemonstrated experience supporting complex rollouts, upgrades, and module integrationsExcellent troubleshooting, performance tuning, and cross-functional communication skillsAdditional Requirements:Must pass a criminal background check, including fingerprinting.Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
