**About The Role:**
As a CBRE Operations Management Sr Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team responsible for planning, managing, and directing business operations for a large region or high-profile client.
This job is part of the Operations Management job function. They are responsible for coordinating staff functions and operations that support the organization’s goals and strategies. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and will be able to work independently with little or no supervision. This person must be exceedingly well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of a diverse group of people and programs.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Manage office supplies, equipment procurement, and vendor contracts.
+ Resolve complex technical and operational issues.
+ Provide administrative and operational support to leadership and departments.
+ Ensure internal activities align with company policies and regulations.
+ Oversee employee records and reporting, ensuring compliance.
+ Provide mentorship and development opportunities to achieve organizational goals.
+ Manage recruitment and hiring.
+ Coordinate daily team activities, including scheduling and task assignments.
+ Prepare financial reports and recommend improvements based on data analysis.
+ Advise on the monthly forecasting process.
+ Ensure compliance with company policy, licensing, and legal guidelines.
+ Lead data clean-up efforts.
+ Collaborate with teams to standardize processes.
+ Develop and implement training programs and business processes.
+ Approve policy, procedure, and initiative communications.
+ Apply business knowledge to achieve team and departmental objectives.
+ Model CBRE RISE values and influence others.
+ Improve existing methods, processes, and standards.

+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5 - 8 years of proven experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
+ Advanced English level in speaking, reading & writing.
+ Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred.
+ Ability to own the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and solve problems.
+ Leadership skills to empower the team to achieve broad operational targets with impacts on own job field, multiple job disciplines, and department.
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Extensive organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive approach.
