We’re seeking a senior onboarding expert with exceptional live facilitation skills and strong program ownership capabilities. This role is responsible for delivering high-impact, in-person new hire experiences while partnering with US-based colleagues to strategize unique regional needs and execute on the entire program lifecycle from planning and coordination through continuous improvement. This hybrid role blends hands-on facilitation with program management and stakeholder partnership. You will be a highly visible presence for new hires, a trusted partner to HR and business leaders, and the primary owner of the success and scaling of onboarding in your region. You will have real decision-making authority and accountability for the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of the regional onboarding experience.

Skills and Requirements
Several years of experience leading live, in-person training or onboarding programs in a professional environment.
Demonstrated experience owning and managing ongoing programs—not just facilitating individual sessions.
Strong facilitation presence and comfort leading groups with confidence, clarity, and warmth.
Demonstrated experience facilitating adult learning experiences using interactive, discussion-based, and applied learning methods. Adapt facilitation style and pacing based on audience size, role mix, seniority, and business context.
Proven ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver complex experiences involving multiple partners and dependencies.
Excellent communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to operate independently
Willingness and ability to work in a hybrid model with regular, reliable in-office presence
