**Responsibility Level** : We are looking for a **Senior Network Cloud Architect** to lead the design and implementation of advanced cloud networking solutions. This role is pivotal in driving our hybrid and multi-cloud strategies, ensuring secure, scalable, and high-performance connectivity across global environments. **RESPONSIBILITIES** + Architect and implement cloud-native and hybrid network infrastructures across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP. + Lead the design of secure, resilient, and high-availability network topologies. + Define and enforce cloud networking standards, governance, and automation frameworks. + Collaborate with security, DevOps, and application teams to align network architecture with business goals. + Evaluate and integrate SD-WAN, VPN, Direct Connect, ExpressRoute, and other connectivity solutions. + Drive network observability, performance tuning, and incident response strategies. + Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership across projects. **REQUIREMENTS** + Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent technical competency. + Experience deploying Fortinet FW and F5 Devices in AWS/Azure/21Vnet environments. + Applicant needs to have professional written and verbal communication skills. + Experience working with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide excellent customer service. + Strong problem-solving and communication skills. + 8+ years of experience in network engineering, with 3+ years in cloud network architecture including related documentation. + Deep expertise in routing, switching, firewalls, DNS, and load balancing. + Strong hands-on experience with cloud networking services (e.g., AWS Transit Gateway, Azure Virtual WAN). + Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation). + Familiarity with Zero Trust architectures and network segmentation strategies **Preferred Certifications** + AWS Certified Advanced Networking - Specialty + Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert + Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) **PRIMARY LOCATION** Central Tech Unit Plymouth MI ManpowerGroup is committed to providing equal employment opportunities in a professional, high quality work environment.
