**About the Role:** Manpower is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive **Sr Material Handler Associate** to support our day-to-day shipping, receiving, and inventory operations. This role is critical in ensuring that our proteomics kits and instruments are delivered accurately and on time to our customers, while maintaining smooth coordination between our distribution and laboratory functions. 1st shift: 8 AM to 430 PM with a half hour lunch break Monday through Friday Pay: 25/hr Weekly Pay! **Primary Responsibilities:** + Receive inbound shipments from suppliers and accurately put away products and materials + Fulfill customer orders — picking, packing, and shipping of kits and instruments + Coordinate parcel and freight shipments with FedEx and other logistics partners + Manage inventory for both lab and distribution operations + Collaborate with lab coordinators to ensure adequate reagent supplies + Conduct routine stock tracking and periodic inventory audits + Process internal and customer orders from start to finish with accuracy + Maintain cleanliness and organization in logistics and storage areas + Work closely with customer care specialists to provide timely updates on orders and lead times + Proactively identify and solve logistics-related issues with a customer-first mindset **Qualifications & Skills:** + Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills + Ability to adapt and solve problems in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment + Team-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn + Comfortable performing physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods + Flexibility to shift between logistics and operational tasks as needed + Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or a related field preferred (not required) **Physical Requirements:** + Must be able to stand and move for long periods + Frequent lifting of boxes and materials as part of logistics operations If this is a role that interests you and you’d like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
