Job Responsibilities
* Translate complex analytical findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
* Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in real-time analytics and manufacturing.
* Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Job Qualifications
* Minimum of 5 years in data analytics, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or manufacturing sector.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
* Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering complex analytical projects.
* Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken).
