+ Develop and conduct training on risk management programs and practices, covering standardized and specialized risk assessment methodologies
+ Establish data management processes for risk treatment planning, including Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) plans, in alignment with incident management processes
+ Identify opportunities for developing or improving tools that support risk management across the organization (e.g., risk matrices, root cause analysis processes, risk escalation processes)
+ Lead projects covering cross-functional risk assessment processes within EHS and stakeholder teams
+ Support development of project management resources for public health and other emergencies, as needed.
**What You’ll Need:**
5+ years of project management / program management experience and ability to use common project management tools and processes.

Experience with developing and integrating enterprise wide programs and policies while ensuring continuity of operational processes.
Experience developing and implementing risk management standards, policies, and procedures.
Ability to communicate risk policies and processes across a global organization.
Adjustments for scale: able to lead differing priorities based on global scales and need within region-specific risk areas.
Familiarity with ISO 45001, ISO 14001 standards and ISO 9001 fundamentals.
