Role and Responsibilities

Reporting to the Director of Integrated Marketing, the Sr. Manager, Campaign Integrated GTM will play a key role in supporting the execution of innovative, 360-degree campaigns, programs, and activations that bring the Samsung Galaxy brand and products to life. The Sr. Manager will contribute to building affinity, engagement, and loyalty among current and future audiences, supporting Samsung Galaxy's goal of becoming the #1 mobile brand in the US.

This role requires an individual with a passion for global brands, integrated campaign management, and collaboration across teams, channels, and initiatives. The Sr. Manager will focus on integrating product launches, always-on initiatives, and brand experiences across owned channels, retail, and partnerships (Carriers, National Retailers, and technology brands like Google, Qualcomm, Intel, Microsoft).

This is not a traditional integrated marketing role – it will require strategic thinking, creativity, attention-to-detail, collaboration, and cultural understanding to connect diverse activities for scaled impact. The Sr. Manager will support the reimagining of the go-to-market approach for a top 5 global brand, contributing to market share growth.

Insights-driven campaign strategy support and activation ownership:

Support translation of business and product goals into multi-channel marketing campaign strategyDevelop integrated campaign briefs with clear objectives, target audience, key messages, and KPI/success metrics across the funnel for product launch, sustain initiatives, seasonal campaigns, and culture momentsCollaborate with product, influencer, partnership, PR, social, media, CRM, and carrier marketing and creative teams to develop campaign strategies that ensure adaptation of global strategies for local activation to US consumerSupport campaign strategy and align timing and execution across teams and geographies

Channel integration and flawless execution:

Help establish campaign thru-line and collaborate with marketing stakeholders across influencer, partnership, PR, social, media, CRM, and channel marketing to build comprehensive and effective plans that support US-focused brand, product, and business objectivesCreate and manage timelines, communicate progress & blockers, and ensure all stakeholders are looped in and accountableLead tracking, analysis and reporting against established KPIs

Skills and Qualifications

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred with 8+ years of directly related experience is required5+ years of integrated marketing experience (preferably across diverse areas) on multiple brands, for top global brands. Focus on global consumer brands in the entertainment, consumer technology and mass-market lifestyle CPG industries.Experience in supporting the development and execution of brand strategies and integrated marketing initiatives.Ability to contribute to the shift from product-based marketing to experiences-based marketing.Experience in supporting large-scale, multi-channel integrated marketing campaigns (online, offline, advertising, digital, experiential, partnerships).Experience in working with agency partners and production partners to deliver integrated marketing plans.Ability to translate consumer, competitive, cultural insights and internal data into opportunities, actionable strategies and specific activation plans that deliver brand differentiation and business growth.Entrepreneurial spirit, excellent communication skills and ability to articulate marketing strategies and concepts clearly and effectively to all levels of organization. Relentless drive and positivity.Strong communication skills to articulate marketing strategies and concepts clearly and effectively.Proven track record of successfully managing cross-functional teams and agencies and the ability to influence and drive impact in complex cross-functional organizations, with all levels of management.Ability to operate in a very fast-paced environment, demonstrate an agile and adaptive mindset, capable of quickly responding to consumer, market and cultural opportunities – providing both organization leadership and creative guidance.High emotional intelligence that enables close working relationships with key leaders across remote teams globally and solving complex problems at scale and speed.
