Job DescriptionWhat a Non-FI Sales Senior Manager does at Visa:
The Non-FI Sales Senior Manager will play an essential role in developing and growing Visa’s business with focus on managing relationships with Visa Non-FIs Clients in Vietnam and Laos, such as merchants, eWallets, payment facilitators, digital enablers, large corporates, conglomerates and fintech players.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, structuring, closing and managing strategic partnerships, alliances and commercial deals.
The team is the primary point of contact for those clients, addressing inquiries, solving problems and freeing up resources from country-specific sales and functional areas to nurture and expand business with key clients and stakeholders.
As a Non-FI Sales Senior Manager, you will act as the key liaison point between Visa and our key non-FI clients, overseeing a wide range of projects and client requests, and ensuring that all activities across the various partnerships are carried out in accordance with the agreed sales operations and governance models and in adherence with the client incentive agreements.
In this role you will:
Maintain and strengthen day-to-day relationship management for a select group of strategic partners, expanding Visa’s reachLead and drive strategic opportunities from proposal stage through implementation by providing project management and cross-functional coordination, developing and executing business plans to increase sales volume and market shareMap payments ecosystem of Non-FI players in Vietnam & Laos through a diverse set of partners and clientsExpand existing relationships and partnerships through the selling of Visa products and services, utilizing a consultative sales approachDocument opportunities and initiatives in Microsoft Dynamics in an appropriate, consistent and timely mannerComply with internal controls and record-keeping, developing an understanding of Visa rules, policies, processes, and proceduresThis is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
QualificationsWhat you will need:
Minimum 10 years of business experience with related to sales and management experienceAbility to identify potential opportunities, develop strategic plans and manage the teams needed to bring them to fruitionExcellent negotiation skills for business agreements and managing relationships and high level of curiosity to learn Visa products and servicesHands-on approach to directly manage end-to-end client relationships & internal Visa stakeholders, directly working on required tasksAbility to create and deliver compelling presentations, including Client Business Reviews, to all client levelsProven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with efficiency and professionalism with demonstrated problem-solving skills and strong business acumenExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and VietnameseAdaptable to a dynamic and complex working environment, with a strong desire to learn and execute effective sales strategies for new payment products and servicesAbility to operate effectively and efficiently with minimal supervision in a fast-pacedHighest standards of ethical conduct and integrityAdditional InformationVisa is an EEO Employer.
