And we do it all with heart, each and every day. **Position Summary** The Senior Manager, Digital Product is responsible for leading product development teams focused on enhancing the MyActiveHealth platform that impacts 17M lives. This role requires expertise in digital product management, public health, and behavior change strategies. The individual will drive the product vision, manage stakeholder relationships, and collaborate with business units to execute strategic initiatives that improve population health outcomes through technology-enabled behavior change and engagement. A key focus of this role is the end-to-end management of the rewards experience within the MyActiveHealth platform. This includes designing and implementing incentive structures that motivate users to engage in healthy behaviors, track their progress, and achieve wellness goals. The role will oversee the development of personalized rewards programs that resonate with diverse user demographics, ensuring that incentives are not only appealing but also aligned with the overall health objectives of our members. With a strong focus on creative problem-solving and reducing user friction, the Product Manager is committed to identifying and eliminating pain points for members, delivering a seamless and rewarding experience. By addressing barriers to engagement, this role directly influences fiscal outcomes for both members and the organization, ensuring that features are designed to minimize complexity and maximize value. Additionally, this position involves reporting on the effectiveness of these incentive programs to our customers, providing insights into user engagement, behavior change outcomes, and overall program success. The Product Manager will work closely with analytics teams to gather and interpret data, translating findings into actionable recommendations for continuous improvement of the rewards experience. By fostering a culture of engagement and motivation, this role will play a critical part in driving user satisfaction and health outcomes, ultimately contributing to the success of the MyActiveHealth platform as a leading benefit-based health and wellness solution. **PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES |** (Responsibilities% Time **):** **Product Vision, Strategy, and Roadmaps | (** 10%): + Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in collaboration with cross-functional teams. + Partner with product leadership, customer experience, and design to ensure customer perspectives are integrated into features and experiences. + Align roadmaps with broader product objectives and provide recommendations to leadership based on priorities. + Establish team objectives and key results (OKRs) and develop measurement plans to evaluate progress towards outcomes. **Backlog Ownership, Work Definition, and Prioritization** | (45%): + Build, prioritize, and maintain the Team Backlog to ensure clarity and delivery of business value, product health, and customer satisfaction. + Ensure all backlog items and dependencies are accurately entered and maintained in the work management tool. + Write well-defined user stories with thorough acceptance criteria and lead refinement sessions to ensure quality. + Support testing, deployment, and post-release activities, optimizing team collaboration and alignment across epics. + Take ownership of defect resolution, ensuring that issues are tracked, prioritized, and addressed in a timely manner to maintain product integrity. **Outcome-Focused Trend Monitoring and Product Performance** | (20%): + Utilize performance data to identify issues and develop insights regarding product health, focusing on key outcomes such as user engagement, behavior change, and overall program effectiveness. + Track team metrics that contribute to product OKRs, ensuring that insights are actionable and aligned with business objectives. + Regularly report on the impact of incentive programs, translating data into strategic recommendations for continuous improvement. **Cross-Functional Teaming and Stakeholder Management** | (20%): + Collaborate closely with engineering, design, operations, and other team members using agile practices. + Lead product demos and presentations to stakeholders, serving as the primary contact for feature delivery. + Ensure alignment with broader initiatives by working directly with other Product Management roles. **Grow and Develop the Team** | (5%): + Foster a positive team culture by coaching and setting expectations for team members. + Provide actionable feedback and invest time in the development of junior team members. **EDUCATION:** + **Required:** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Public Health, or related field or equivalent work experience. + Master’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred. + Other Certificates or Licenses: Certified Product Manager (CPM) or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) is preferred. **PRIOR WORK EXPERIENCE:** + 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Project Management, or related field is preferred. + Previous experience in agile product development and public health initiatives is preferred. **REQUIRED SKILLS:** + **Education & Experience:** + Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Technology, Public Health, or related field. + 7+ years of experience in software product management, with a proven track record in building large-scale consumer-facing products or high accomplishments if candidate has lesser experience + **Preferred Skills:** + Experience working with software development teams in an agile environment. + Strong negotiation, organizational, management, analytical, and interpersonal skills. + Data-driven decision-making and quantitative analysis capabilities. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
