The brand manager will be responsible for developing and implementing brand strategy and operation for Tirzepatide- Chronic Weight Management (Obesity/Overweight) to achieve business objective in China market.

Primary Function/Purpose
The Sr. Brand Manager position is focused on Tirzepatide launch in Chronic Weight Management area.Primary job for the position is to fully understand the market, HCP and patient insights, create brand related customer plan, operation plan and product strategies, design and execute external brand solutions, engage KOL and external stakeholders.The Sr. Brand Manager will collaborate with external partners as well as multiple internal cross-functional members such as Medical, CA, MCE, SFE, Sales Training, Supply Chain, etc. to conduct launch preparation.The ability to understand consumer insights, synthesize customer insights to brand strategy, conduct insightful market analysis, drive innovative and effective brand communication, influence thought leader, mobilize consumers and drive environment shaping as well as promotional campaign execution will be a key successful factor for this job.Brand Strategy
