THE MISSION
We are moving beyond "software as a tool" to "software as a partner." We are looking for a visionary Design Leader to architect the user experience for our global, agentic enterprise platform. You will lead an elite R&D design organization, operationalizing our "Builder Pair" philosophy to bridge the gap between high-level business logic and human-centered AI interaction.
THE IMPACT YOU'LL MAKEArchitect Agentic UX: Define how humans supervise, trust, and collaborate with autonomous agents. You aren't just designing screens; you’re designing delegation workflows.Scale the "Builder Pair" Model: Move design upstream. You will partner with Engineering leadership to ensure designers and developers are co-authoring code and concepts from Day 1.Drive Design Intelligence: Modernize our stack. You’ll implement AI-augmented research and design tools to move from "Build-to-Spec" to a "Build-Measure-Learn" loop that operates at 10x speed.Global Design Governance: Systematize quality. You’ll ensure that as we scale across geographies, our design language remains cohesive, ethical, and accessible. YOUR STRATEGIC PLAYBOOKFocus AreaModern ObjectiveLeadership Moving from "Manager" to "Multiplier." Coaching a global team to prioritize Product Discovery over just "shipping pixels."Frameworks Expertise in JTBD and HMW, but with a twist: applying them to identify where AI can remove "drudge work" from the user’s plate.Advocacy Acting as the Voice of the Human in a technical R&D environment, ensuring autonomous systems remain steerable and transparent. WHO YOU ARE15+ Years of Design Evolution: You’ve seen the shift from Web to Mobile, and you are now leading the shift to AI-Native interfaces.Executive Fluency: You can translate "Design Debt" and "User Friction" into Business Risk and Revenue Growth for C-suite stakeholders.Technical Depth: You understand the constraints of LLMs and autonomous workflows. You don't need to code, but you understand the "material" you are designing with.Operational Mindset: You enjoy building the system that builds the product (Design Ops, career ladders, and cross-functional rituals). Salary ranges allow for growth opportunities as the employee develops new skills and/or hones current skills.
