Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced technology and commercially savvy, Sales Engineer to support the sale of advanced fraud prevention and risk solutions, with a specific focus on solutions such as, Featurespace, VCAS, Network Scheme agnostic solutions and a strong working knowledge of Visa Protect offerings. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the sales process by providing deep technical sales expertise, delivering compelling product demonstrations, and ensuring seamless integration of Risk and Identity Issuing solutions. This role requires a thorough understanding of client systems and the ability to support direct sales efforts effectively. You will work alongside the sales team to provide technical sales expertise on fraud prevention solutions, and help in presenting these solutions to potential clients. The goal is to ensure that the sales team has the necessary technical support to successfully sell the company's advanced fraud prevention and risk scoring products.

QualificationsWhat you will need:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in pre-sales, fraud strategy, or technical consulting roles within fraud prevention, payments, or financial services.
Direct experience working with or integrating Visa Protect solutions (e.g., Visa Risk Manager, Visa Advanced Authorization, Decision Manager, or Visa Secure).
Hands-on experience with Featurespace’s ARIC Risk Hub or similar machine learning-based fraud platforms.
Deep knowledge of:
Adaptive behavioral analytics, supervised/unsupervised ML models
Transaction monitoring, alerting, scoring, and model tuning
Payment ecosystem fraud detection (card issuance, acquiring, gateways, wallets)
Decision orchestration and fraud policy design
Technical familiarity with various APIs scripting, data mapping, and solution architecture.
What will also help:
Exposure to real-time payment schemes and cross-border fraud challenges.
Experience delivering solutions within global banks, fintechs, processors, or PSPs using both Visa and third-party fraud platforms.
Knowledge of SCA (Strong Customer Authentication), tokenization, and payment security standards.
