They help our business units – and our company – meet corporate objectives and compete more successfully in the marketplace. **Family Summary:** Designs enterprise wide and/or cross-functional solutions to address business problems. This work results in initiatives that significantly impact company strategy enabling Aetna to be competitive in the marketplace and effectively serve its customers. Partners with business owners to optimize the achievement of strategic business objectives, to include profitable growth and improved organizational effectiveness. (Focus includes one or more of the following disciplines: Management consulting, business process/project consulting, process flow documentation, capturing business requirements, annual business planning). **Position Summary** An opportunity to join the Medicare Growth PMO which manages projects and programs designed to retain and grow the Medicare business. We seek a candidate who is looking to have responsibility for designing cross-functional solutions to address complex business problems. This position will partner closely with Medicare Sales, Marketing, and Retention teams across various initiatives. + Support programs and projects by documenting business requirements, developing process improvement workflows (process and value stream mapping, RASCI, SIPOC, etc.) + Supports holistic solutions and/or key strategic plans. Proactively identifies opportunities for improvement within assigned initiatives + Designs and develops interventions and facilitates cross functional work sessions + Develops and delivers all required analysis, reporting, and presentation materials + Gathers, analyzes and synthesizes business intelligence to drive achievement of strategic business objectives + Leads the work and deliverables of multiple projects through to implementation, that impact multiple processes, systems, functions, and products. Length of project may run multiple years in duration. + Identifies gaps and recommends enhancements related to new and/or existing products, services and workflows based on broad view of the organization + Collaborates and partners with other functional managers, and other business areas across/within segments to ensure all workflow processes and interdependencies are identified, documented, and addressed + Influences change, and acts as an advocate for change. may require influencing others to see the value in project, including managing interpersonal sensitivities and articulating the strategic view to ensure alignment We manage a highly collaborative process which often requires managing relationships across the segments or multiple functional areas. This is an individual contributor role. **Required Qualifications** + Experience in the Healthcare or Insurance industry + 6+ years experience with one or more of the following methodologies: project management, process improvement, business process design, strategic business planning + Ability to collaborate and drive results with project team members and stakeholders from various departments + Proven ability to lead change and influence outcomes + Excellent communication skills both written and verbal + Experience in developing and articulating executive level messaging through illustrations and presentations + Strong organizational and relationship management skills at the senior level, capacity to quickly build and maintain credible relationships at varying levels of the organization simultaneously + Proven track record in meeting critical milestones + Ability to identify and mitigate risks and solve project issues   **May be required to travel on occasion** **Preferred Qualifications** + Experience with Medicare, Medicaid or other Government Programs or Financial Services + Experience in Miro, Visio, PowerPoint + PMP and/or Six Sigma trained **Education** Bachelors Degree or comparable experience **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: $82,940.00 - $182,549.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
