Sr. Manager, Marketing (Sales Enablement – Enhanced Messaging)

This position is directly responsible for executing behavior change messaging campaigns that improve member health outcomes and lower total cost of care._ **Position Summary:** Aetna is seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing to lead Sales Enablement for our Enhanced Messaging product. In this role, you will guide development of marketing materials that promote our Enhanced Messaging product, with an emphasis on creating live working RBM demos for clients and prospective clients. You’ll be part of a team that includes marketing technology architects and creative services, all working towards creating unique messaging experiences that help Aetna win and retain customers in the out-to-bid process. **Fundamental Components** + Establish a roadmap: Working with Sales and Account Management leadership, identify and prioritize the top 25-30 customers/prospects for a live demo experience each year. + Create modular RBM experiences: Develop and maintain RBM flows that can be customized based on a prospect or customer’s suite of products and programs. + Lead a cross-functional team: Guide the strategy and work of supporting team members, including contractors; this includes creative development and technical flow build. + Execute on live RBM experiences: Conduct thorough end-to-end testing (UAT), obtain recipient phone numbers, and launch the demo in coordination with Sales/Account Management + Evolve the portfolio of demo modules: Working with the broader Enhanced Messaging team, stay apprised of new feature development and incorporate these new features into our demo module library. + Support adoption and learning: Present and educate various Sales and Account Teams on this new enablement capability; act as single point of contact for questions from the field. + Maintain a library of assets: Establish a system for documenting available modules, FAQs, and intake requests and make this available to relevant Sales and Account teams. **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS** + 10 years of experience in leading direct consumer marketing campaign strategy and/or operations, with a focus on healthcare and communication services. + 5 years of Project Management experience, preferably in an Agile environment. + Strong understanding of Rich Communication Services Business Messaging (RBM) and its applications in healthcare. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** + Advanced graduate degree (e.g., MBA, MPH) + Coursework or experience in behavioral economics **EDUCATION** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: $90,480.00 - $199,144.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
