Within the Care Management portfolio at CVS Health, clients adopt a variety of solutions that address intricate care needs such as managing diabetes, site of care navigation, adherence to medications for chronic conditions, and more. In the Sr. Implementation Manager role, you will work on a variety of program implementations across various Employer, Commercial Health Plan, and Medicare clients with direct reports. You will help support the Director of Implementation Services and provide pre-implementation support to the Sales, Account Management and Commercialization teams. The Sr. Implementation Manager is a highly visible and critical role for the Implementation Services Team. Once a client adopts a new program or product, you will be the resource for the assigned Implementation Manager, and in some cases, the assigned Implementation Manager for special projects throughout the entire implementation process. Of utmost importance is supporting the team delivering a quality client experience during the implementation and maintaining and growing the client relationship. Professionalism and an ability to handle the complexity of a care management product implementation are key for this role. **Responsibilities in this** **role** **include but are not limited to** **:** + Be accountable forthe end-to-end program implementation of multiple products within the Care Delivery Organizationportfolio + Be the point person for the Implementation Managerthroughout the implementation process, attending kick-off and status meetings, and tracking the project implementation against the project plan in support of the Implementation Manager. For special projects you may be the assigned IM. + Report to leadership regularly on the implementation status on behalf of the team + Ensure client needs are met and requests are resolved and/or escalated in a timely manner + Ensure client implementation milestones are hit with the outlined SLA to ensure a timely product launch + Support the oversight of the Implementation Team and process + Maintain Implementation records across all clients implemented + Support ongoing team meetings to ensure continuity of knowledge across the team **Required Qualifications** + 4+ years working in project management, client implementations, or client facing roles​ + Professional demeanorwith internal and external stakeholders + Extensive client facing experience + Ability to prioritize work and perform independently + Team player, but also ability to manage complex projects independently + Proven track record leading or managing large projects + Outstanding communication skills - relating to all levels of an organization + Outstanding organizational skills – relating to the management of multiple projects and programs + Leadership skills – relating to supporting and motivating team members + Ability to think strategically to increase productivity and improve processes + Ability to travel onsite when needed **Preferred Qualifications** + Project Management (non-IT) experience + Health care product implementation experience + Demonstrated and strong interpersonal skills + Ability to manage multiple priorities and clients simultaneously + Experience with common implementation tools such as Microsoft Project **Education** + Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required + Project management certification preferred **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: $67,900.00 - $149,328.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
