As B2B senior graphic designer, you serve as a strategic and trusted design partner within the larger B2B Marketing organization. You will exhibit outstanding design judgment and achieve the highest possible standards for all materials, regardless of medium. You also exhibit leadership qualities among graphic designer peers by obtaining uncommon expertise and creative capabilities in specific high-value formats/platforms (i.e. platforms).
**Position Summary**
Sr. Graphic Designer is both conceptual and practical and can push the envelope to consistently develop high-end, innovative design solutions. They are effective communicators and can articulate design rationale to curb excessive design rounds and thwart project spin. In addition, they may have an ability to consult, interpret and implement branding guidelines at a high-level.
The B2B Marketing sr. graphic designer is responsible for delivering high-quality graphic design for B2B marketing initiatives, balancing efficient production with creative innovation. This role ensures brand consistency while meeting quick-turn business needs across multiple channels.
In this position, the designer collaborates with writers and strategists to create eye-catching marketing materials, including social media graphics, email campaigns, print collateral, web design, PowerPoint presentations, and videos. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of branding, typography, and layout, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Creates effective design solutions for marketing materials across print and digital platforms, maintaining high standards under tight deadlines
+ Efficiently manages multiple design projects simultaneously, from quick-turn requests to more complex creative initiatives
+ Works closely with internal clients to understand business objectives and translate them into practical design solutions that meet both creative and production requirements
+ Transforms data and complex information into clear, visually appealing graphics that resonate with target audiences
+ Leverages AI enhanced tools within creative to optimize workflow while maintaining creative integrity
+ Ensures brand consistency across all materials while finding opportunities to enhance and evolve our visual approach
+ Balances high-volume production needs with opportunities for creative development
**Required Qualifications**
Minimum 3 years of experience in design/advertising (health care experience a plus)
Must have superb design skills, with the ability to follow the corporate style guide and/or generate unique designs when needed

**Education**
+ Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism or related field or equivalent experience (4 years) *Preferred
**Pay Range**
The typical pay range for this role is:
$82,940.00 - $182,549.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
