**About the Role**
The Senior Manager of ERM Project Management is responsible for the operational lifecycle of the Enterprise Risk Management program. This role ensures that risk frameworks are translated into actionable projects, documentation is audit-ready, and a risk-aware culture is fostered through comprehensive training and strategic communications.

**What You’ll Do**
+ Project Leadership & Governance
+ Lead the planning and execution of annual risk assessment cycles, ensuring all business units meet deadlines and quality standards.
+ Track the implementation of risk mitigation plans across the enterprise, providing regular status updates to the Director of ERM.
+ Manage the deployment of GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) software modules and system upgrades.
+ Document Management & Compliance
+ Centralized Repository: Establish and maintain a \"single source of truth\" for all ERM policies, risk registers, and methodology documents.
+ Version Control: Ensure all risk documentation complies with internal audit and external regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, ISO).
+ Audit Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external auditors regarding ERM process documentation.
+ Training & Professional Development
+ Curriculum Design: Develop multi-modal training programs (e-learning, workshops, and webinars) to educate employees on risk identification and reporting.
+ Onboarding: Lead the \"Risk 101\" onboarding for new executives and high-risk department hires.
+ Competency Tracking: Monitor and report on training completion rates across the organization.
+ Strategic Communications
+ Risk Awareness: Draft and distribute the monthly ERM newsletter, executive summaries, and \"Risk Alerts\" regarding emerging threats.
+ Stakeholder Engagement: Create high-quality presentation decks for the Risk Committee and Board of Directors.
+ Intranet Management: Own the ERM internal portal, ensuring all resources, FAQs, and contact points are up-to-date and accessible.

+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or Finance (PMP Certification highly preferred).
+ A minimum of 7+ years Project Management or ERM Operations; experience in a highly regulated industry (Banking, Pharma, Tech) is a plus..
+ Advanced organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure with a proactive approach to routine and non-routine occurrences.
+ Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
+ Exceptional technical writing, public speaking, and the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
+ Expertise in Project Management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project), GRC platforms, and SharePoint/Document Management systems (e.g., ServiceNow, AuditBoard) and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Sr. Manager, Global Risk Management position is $110,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Sr. Manager, Global Risk Management is $150,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
