You will be responsible for the overall financial integrity and performance for NA Ventures supply chain. In this role, you will business partner with the VP of NA Ventures Supply Chain to deliver detailed supply chain business plans within set targets and monitor the execution. You will also be responsible for managing a finance team and engagement in local teams.

How you will contribute

You will:

Manage Mdlz supply chain finance planning and performance management activities and related financial decisions including strategic plan and annual contract planning/forecasting, target development, financial performance reporting/analysis, financial modeling and decision support for NAV Supply Chain.

Drive a strong controls and compliance environment at Mondelēz International. You will also ensure that policies are understood in the organization and that proper controls and compliance are in place.

Partner with the Ventures businesses providing critical financial perspective and insight for business strategies and decisions, including productivity initiatives. You will also monitor and adjust execution of actions.

Drive for harmonization, efficiencies and improvements to ways of working and build a mindset of continuous improvement within the Finance team.

Build a high-performing Finance team. You will also recruit and develop Finance talent and drive our Finance talent agenda with a focus on the region/business unit pipeline.

TECHNICAL EXPERTISE in financial planning and performance management including analyzing, planning and reporting company financial performance across all financial KPIs and strategy development, investment decisions and cost management to achieve financial targets.

BUSINESS ACUMEN and understanding of our business, consumer packaged goods industry, and snacking market including local customer/channel dynamics. Relevant experience in a large regional (or global) corporation.

LEADERSHIP SKILLS including proven business partnering, influencing and communication skills across a large regional (or global), public company; experience working as a finance leader managing cross-functional and business partner teams to make decisions and drive execution to deliver results.

GROWTH/DIGITAL MINDSET and the ability to identify strategic/tactical opportunities and leverage technology to improve operational efficiency/effectiveness.

INTEGRITY and sound judgement in all decisions and interactions aligned with our values and policies and external regulations.

More about this role

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field

A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in FP&A or commercial finance and/or accounting is required.

Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry or Supply Chain environment is strongly preferred

Proven ability to contribute to business model decisions, analyze complex problems, and drive effective resolutions.

Strong technical skills required (i.e. Advanced Excel)

Experience with the following systems is preferred: NetSuites, FIT, Tableau and Power BI

Possess strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities.

A collaborative team player with a proven track record of effectively managing relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Compensation:

The base salary range for this position is $137,300 to $188,825; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
