Your Impact:

The Senior Manager will lead analysts and provide support to the business FP&A team, including but not limited to analytics, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and expense management. The position requires a person with proven analytical and multi-tasking skills who can communicate across the organization, working closely with Business Leaders, FP&A and Controllership teams.

The position requires an individual with a high degree of autonomy and a solid financial acumen. Strong communication skills and the ability to prioritize input from multiple sources are a must. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter who is comfortable leading in a changing environment despite ambiguity, with an extensive analytical background, problem-solving skills and experience driving results. 

 

What the role offers:

Lead monthly review of financial information related to close process and analysis of significant variances to forecast and budget within tight timelines, with a focus on Sales Incentive plansCommunicate insights to business stakeholders monthly including influencing changes to OPEX forecastsProcess re-engineering and design of reporting and analysis infrastructureOffer recommendations to senior management based on their analysis and project workFrequent interaction with business partners to develop a clear understanding of business and financial implicationsPerforming ad hoc analysis and projects

 

What you need to succeed:

7+ years of proven strong team leadership experience.Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.Self-starter, proactive, with the ability to multi-task.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels within the company.Collaborative, able to influence across teams, comfortable dealing with ambiguity.Strong excel, financial and ERP reporting system skills.Technology or Software industry experience preferred.Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics.
