Job Summary

This role is responsible for evaluating investment analyses and developing financial models to drive complex financing decisions across projects and corporate initiatives. It involves engaging with financial institutions, managing lender due diligence, and maintaining strong banking and internal relationships to optimize capital strategies and ensure compliance. The position also facilitates cross-functional collaboration and oversees debt service obligations to maintain financial integrity and operational continuity.

Key Accountabilities

Develop financial models to evaluate complex transactions, including project, structured, and corporate financingDrive discussions with financial institutions and research alternative financing strategies to optimize project returns and assess company-wide impactCoordinate financing terms for investment return analyses and facilitate model reviews to support decision-makingEstablish and maintain strong banking relationships to execute future project financings and oversee existing loan facility managementAlign operational and development teams in asset-level financing effortsLead lender due diligence for financing transactions and manage inquiries across the organizationSupport compliance with debt documentation and ensure timely debt service payments across the project finance portfolioAssist Directors, VP, and SVP with various ad hoc financial and strategic requests

Education, Experience & Skill Requirements

Experience gained through college degree with concentration in finance, economics or accounting and/or CFA/CPA certification At least 8 years of experience in banking, project finance, corporate finance, planning or analyticsExcellent verbal, written and presentation skillsExperience leading projects and/or managing people Superior financial modeling skills and experienceAdvanced knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPointTrack record of strong analytical, financial modeling, leadership and decision-making skillsThorough knowledge of the fundamentals of finance and financial marketsExperience in finance transaction execution, specifically project financing
