What is the opportunity?
As the Sr. Manager, Field Marketing Enablement, you’ll lead a team of enablement specialists and coordinators to build the systems, processes, and resources that power our field marketing efforts. This role focuses on operational excellence, scalable training, and clear communications to ensure advisors and the consulting team have the tools to succeed.You will build the foundation for field marketing success, leading a team that ensures scalability, efficiency, and advisor satisfaction. Your operational leadership will empower the consulting team to focus on high-impact advisory while enabling advisors to thrive.What will you do?
Team Leadership:Manage and develop a team of enablement specialists/coordinators, providing mentorship and operational guidance.Set team priorities, streamline workflows, and ensure efficient project execution.Operational Excellence:Design standardized consultation workflows, project intake systems, and marketing request processes.Implement tools and technologies to enhance field marketing operations.Scalable Education & Training:Develop and deliver 1: many training modules and self-service resources to upskill advisors and consultants.Identify training gaps and create solutions that drive independence and expertise.Field Communications:Lead end-to-end communication strategies to keep advisors informed of new programs, tools, and updates.Manage newsletters, webinars, and digital platforms to foster engagement.Project Execution & Support:Oversee the routing and management of marketing requests, ensuring timely delivery.Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to guarantee on-time completion.What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
8+ years in marketing operations, enablement, or process optimization, with 3+ years leading junior/operational teams.Experience managing specialists/coordinators in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.Expertise in workflow design, project management, and training development.Strong analytical skills to identify inefficiencies and measure process improvements.Exceptional communicator with the ability to simplify complex information.Collaborative leader who thrives in cross-functional environments.Bachelor’s degree in marketing, operations, or a related field.What’s in it for you?
