Are you ready to architect and deliver the digital backbone of tomorrow? We’re seeking a visionary Supply Chain Digital Planning leader of leaders to design and deliver world class process & systems across the end-to-end supply chain for our global cloud infrastructure organization. This is your chance to directly shape how AWS plans, scales, and delivers the infrastructure powering the digital world.
You’ll serve as the strategic interface with key stakeholders and senior leaders, shaping the roadmap for the capacity, delivery, and reliability team’s digital transformation. The ideal candidate has a proven record leading large-scale digital Supply Chain and Manufacturing transformations, driving measurable gains in agility, speed, and cross-functional alignment. You’ll be a key architect transforming end-to-end business capabilities for demand capture, capacity allocation, and hyperscale infrastructure delivery.
Key job responsibilities
Strategic interface with key stakeholders & service teams. Define, design, develop, and implement operational execution performance standards that are scalable globally. Playbook development for readiness & capability assessments (P,P,D,S) - SC digital transformation roadmap development- Enterprise & operational performance metric management.
You will define and evolve multi-year cloud infrastructure strategies aligned with business growth, sustainability, and global risk trends. Leading cross-functional strategic capacity modeling to support emerging workloads (such as AI/ML and HPC) and future region expansions will be a crucial part of your role. Additionally, you'll drive long-term innovation in planning frameworks and digital planning tools to support dynamic business shifts.

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience in Digital Planning focused on supply chain, and manufacturing with a global scope.
• Proven success leading large-scale business transformations and digital initiatives in complex organizations.
• Advanced fluency in creating digital roadmaps, defining key capabilities for supply chain, implementing end to end solutions, collaboration and orchestration among processes and digital analytics tools.
• Strong business acumen and stakeholder influence, with the ability to operate effectively from executive boardrooms to operational teams.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience building and scaling high-performing teams that drive measurable business impact.
• Background in cloud infrastructure, hyperscale tech environments, or complex global supply chains.
• MBA or advanced degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related fields.
• Strong track record of process improvements delivering sustainable results; Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $175,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $302,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
