Sr. Manager, Digital Product - Agent Voice

And we do it all with heart, each and every day. **Position Summary** The Senior Manager, Product Management is skilled and experienced to lead one or more product development team(s) for a component of an existing product or experience and is capable and experienced in new product development. They drive and elevate the short-term and long-term product vision. They are responsible for team backlog development and prioritization, maintaining integrity of features or components, and collaborating closely with Engineering, Design, and other members of the team. They will also lead in the identification and socialization of team KPIs to achieve the defined OKRs. This role will generally work closely with the Business General Manager, Design, Engineering, and Data/Analytics forming the “Five in a Box” cross-discipline product leadership team, and shares accountability with the Engineering counterpart for the delivery of outcomes by the team(s). **What you will do** · Defines, and continually reassess the product vision, strategy, and roadmap and drives alignment across the product/product line in collaboration with Product Strategy. · Translates customer and business needs into short-term and long-term product direction (outcome, roadmap), aligned to how that product will deliver on the larger strategic program and/or product line outcomes. · Connects the roadmap to specific value drivers that contribute to business priorities, objectives and key results, and strategic programs. · Reviews, provides feedback, and aligns roadmaps, workforce management tools, capacity, timelines, and commitments across their respective product line and product areas with product, engineering, design, and other teams. • Manages and owns the quality of the product-level backlog ensuring it aligns with the vision, strategy and roadmap. The backlog includes all product work including new business functionality, discovery and exploration, maintenance, production support, technical modernization, and operational health improvements. This also includes pricing, licensing, and Return-on-investment of the product. • Defines features, identifies dependencies, writes user stories and sizes ahead of future quarters. • Defines product KPIs to deliver product OKRs, socializes progress and consistently reinforces objectives and alignment with product line or portfolio outcomes. • Uses performance data to identify issues and develop new insights and hypothesis about product health. • Drives status for objectives and key results (OKRs), aligned with product and business objectives, and other key metrics through communication with other Product Management colleagues and senior leadership. · With assistance from the Product Director, sets the direction and provides continuous feedback for discovery work, ensuring that the product team is focused on continuous exploration, understanding market and customer needs, and partnering with customer and user experience teams. · Interfaces and partners with Product Strategy (if applicable) to communicate progress, insights, and risks across the business, specifically with key stakeholders. · Collaborates with business partners to deeply understand their business strategies and outcomes their teams are driving to ensure business perspective is reflected and communicated to product teams. **Required Qualifications** + 7+ years experience as Product Owner, Business Analyst, Project Manager, Consulting, IT, or related field. Previous experience in agile product development helpful + 7+ years experience in software product management, with demonstrated success in building large-scale consumer facing products + **Preferred Qualifications** + Prior working experience with a software development team in an agile environment + Ability to drive cross functional teams to alignment in the midst of ambiguity + Strong negotiation, organizational, management, analytical and people skills + Data-driven decision making and quantitative analysis skills + General understanding of core programming and computer science concepts + 5+ years experience with Contact Center Technologies **Education** + Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Technology, Finance, Engineering, or related field or equivalent work experience **Pay Range** The typical pay range for this role is: $118,450.00 - $236,900.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
