+ Support application discovery and inventory analysis
+ Lead the evaluation of current-state infrastructure, applications, and data architectures
+ Lead the development and validation of the future-state technical vision
+ Participate in stakeholder interviews
+ Help assess feasibility, dependencies, and technical prerequisites
+ Support cost estimation and ROI modeling
+ Contribute to the drafting of technical sections
