Sr. Maintenance Planner
**Job Title: Maintenance Associate** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Associate to join our team. This role involves managing and executing maintenance tasks to ensure the efficient operation of our facilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge and leadership skills, with a commitment to safety and reliability. **Responsibilities** + Manage, create, and close out work orders in SAP based on planner schedules and equipment inspections. + Maintain accurate SAP records, including equipment registration, preventive maintenance protocols, and bill of materials. + Plan and execute mechanical maintenance tasks, including preventive and emergency repairs. + Supervise a team of Millwrights, Machinists, Lubrication Technicians, and contractors to ensure safe and effective work practices. + Lead daily maintenance meetings, coordinate with vendors, and support weekend/on-call supervisory rotations. **Essential Skills** + Proven experience in preventive maintenance and work order management. + Proficiency in SAP and inventory management. + Experience in supervision, pneumatics, hydraulics, troubleshooting, and electrical maintenance. + Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use power and hand tools. + Safety-conscious with strong data entry and ordering skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High school diploma required; technical training or associate degree preferred. + 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience, including hydraulics and troubleshooting. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with the SAP PM Module preferred. + Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and interpret technical documentation is a plus. + Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic and supportive team environment where your contributions are valued. The role may require off-shift or night work depending on production needs, and involves exposure to mechanical equipment, elevated noise levels, and varying weather conditions. Participation in weekend and on-call supervisory rotations is expected. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Union Bridge, MD. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $37.00/hr.
