**About the Role:**
As a CBRE Lease Administration Sr. Analyst, you will beresponsible for handling disputes after reconciliations have been processed for large clients.
This job is a part of the Lease Administration functionalarea which focuses on providing real estate portfolio administration, databasemanagement, accounts payable and receivable, and audit services.
This is a fully remote position, Monday-Friday, standardoffice hours.
**What You’ll Do:**
+ Compare and evaluate operating expense and taxreconciliation statements received. Verify the expenses charged to clientsfollowing lease clauses.
+ Perform full-scope advanced audits for lease administrationclients. Request additional information and recommend action for additionalaudit and recovery.
+ Prepare complex reports of findings and ensure accuratecredits and appropriate charges are made and recorded.
+ Review high-value contracts to properly identify fees. Thisincludes sharing audit savings, travel reimbursements, etc.
+ Apply general knowledge of standard principles andtechniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems.
+ Have a broad knowledge of own job discipline and someknowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
+ Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent withCBRE RISE values. May convince to reach an agreement.
+ Impact the quality of own work and the work of others on theteam.
+ Work primarily within standardized procedures and practicesto achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
+ Explain complex information to others in straightforwardsituations.
**What You’ll Need:**
+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years ofrelevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience andeducation will be considered.
+ Understanding of existing procedures andstandards to solve slightly complex problems.
+ Ability to analyze possible solutions usingtechnical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Strong organizational skills with an inquisitivemindset.
CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Workplace Experience Coordinator position is $60,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Workplace Experience Coordinator position is $65,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
