What you will have an opportunity to do:
BASIC FUNCTION: The Kitchen/Laundry Tech will assist with maintenance or other requests, identifying and correcting the problems with equipment. Responsibilities also include performing various work order tasks and preventative maintenance on equipment.
Status: Full-Time
Availability: Full Availability, Anticipated Start Date: March 1, 2026
Payrate: $26 to $33+ per hour
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Identifies problems, initiates work orders, accomplished assigned work orders, and does all necessary repairs.
Performs preventative maintenance and maintains logs in an organized manner.
Performs duty rounds by using daily checklists. Reports on and corrects noted problems.
Identifies problems, initiates work orders, accomplished assigned work orders, and does all necessary repairs relating to their expertise.
Responsible for correct use of building systems such as Building Management System and Life Safety Systems. (training provided).
Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient workspace. Responsible for maintaining inventory of tools in use.
Work in a safe manner including proper use of PPE and following safety protocols.
Responsible for correct use of maintenance request system. Training provided.
Assist with maintenance requests for other trades, as needed.

What are we looking for?
QUALIFICATIONS:
Two years’ building maintenance experience required.
One year experience in laundry and/or kitchen equipment required.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical diagrams, and plumbing blueprints.
Skilled with using tools required in this trade.
Texas Driver’s License with good driving record preferred.
Compensation:
$26 to $33+ per hour-
