Our client, a leader in the healthcare technology sector, is seeking a Sr. IT Program Manager to join their team. As a Sr. IT Program Manager, you will be part of the IT Department supporting large-scale infrastructure and system upgrade projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

6 month contract with possible extension or conversion to full time
**Pay Range: Competitive**
**What's the Job?**
+ Lead the end-to-end upgrade of Microsoft Dynamics CRM from version 8 to version 9, ensuring seamless transition and minimal disruption.
+ Oversee infrastructure setup including servers, databases, and parallel system environments to support the upgrade process.
+ Partner with vendors providing code remediation and technical support to ensure project success.
+ Manage changes in CRM interfaces, DevOps, and automation processes to guarantee compatibility with the new version.
+ Coordinate CRM integrations with internal systems, third-party providers, and client-specific ecosystems to maintain data flow and reporting continuity.
**What's Needed?**
+ Proven experience managing large-scale CRM upgrades or implementations, preferably Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
+ Strong background in technical migrations and infrastructure projects.
+ Expertise in project management methodologies with the ability to define and manage task breakdowns.
+ Experience with change management activities and stakeholder collaboration.
+ Hands-on experience with system integrations involving data warehouses, portals, and third-party applications.
