About the Job:

Develop HR strategies, goals, and systems aligned with organizational objectives.Collaborate with leadership and managers across the organization to handle employee relations, performance, and engagement initiatives.Support performance management processes, organizational design efforts, and employee relations activities.Lead full lifecycle recruitment from sourcing through onboarding and orientation.Utilize training and development experience to create new programs and opportunities for employee growth.Handle benefits administration and maintaining updates employee selections.Support payroll through overseeing execution and serving as an HR point-of-contact for the Payroll team.Serve as the Subject-Matter-Expert on the HRIS; ideally experience implementing a new platform.Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned.

About You:

6+ years of progressive and broad Human Resources experience supporting multiple functions.A bachelor's degree is required; PHR or SPHR certification is highly preferred.Proficiency in MS Office Suite and a strong knowledge of applicable labor laws.Experience within Workday or a similar HRIS.

About the Position:

$85K-$100K, depending on experience.Hybrid schedule of 4 days/week onsite in Arlington, VA!Metro accessible!
