Sr. Growth Analyst

What the day will look like In this role, you will support Aon’s Enterprise Client Group (ECG) in driving growth with large and complex enterprise clients. You’ll combine research, analytics, sales operations, and collaboration with senior client leaders to bring data-driven rigor to our client strategies. + Conduct regular research on target and existing enterprise clients using tools such as Cap IQ, Hoovers, S&P, SEC filings, and D&B to enhance client understanding and support planning and outreach. + Develop prospect and client-specific risk profiles, executive briefing notes, and synthesized market intelligence to support ECG leadership decision-making. + Partner with Enterprise Client Leaders to support annual client plan development, host account team calls, prepare materials for client meetings, and track follow-up actions. + Support the sales lifecycle, including project management of RFP responses, development of pitch materials, and participation in rehearsal sessions. + Work with ECG and Sales Enablement Leadership to operationalize growth strategies globally and measure new business activities through dashboards and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). + Use CRM and marketing automation systems to access, analyze, and act on data insights, while ensuring data quality through regular audits and reviews. Skills and experience that will lead to success + Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field. + Advanced/Fluent proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese, with Intermediate/Advanced proficiency in English. + Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience working with CRM systems; familiarity with data visualization and business intelligence tools such as Tableau and Power BI is highly desirable. + Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build strong relationships with colleagues across sales, marketing, and operations. + Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with a detail-focused approach and a clear, complete method of analysis that supports sales efforts. + Creative problem solver with innovative ideas, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on time in a fast-paced environment.
