Sr. Graphic Designer Job ID 220685 Posted 19-Jun-2025 Service line Advisory Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Communications/Public Relations, Marketing Location(s) Denver - Colorado - United States of America **About The Role:** Seeking a high-performing and creative Sr. Graphic Designer to join our national Investor Services Business Development team, primarily focusing on deliverables to support Line of Business go-to-market and client engagement strategy, including off-the-shelf sales collateral, multi-channel campaigns, and event assets. This can encompass a wide range of assets including print ads, templates and presentations (PPT, InDesign), brochures/sales sheets, social media graphics, emails, website assets, light video editing and signage. This position will also support custom-designed materials for new business pursuits, including proposals, animated presentations (Adobe Publish), etc. Candidate must be flexible during fast-paced timelines. Working in tandem with marketing strategists, partners and project managers/writers, this position will lead graphic design for highly visible projects from creative concepting through full design. Must possess and/or gain in-depth knowledge and ability to apply the CBRE brand across all media. This candidate must also have in-depth knowledge of graphic-design software and techniques, web-based design tools, ideally video and animation techniques, including an acute eye for coordinating fonts, colors and layouts for all deliverables produced by the team. This position calls for a confident and diligent design professional with strategic-thinking, creative, analytical and collaborative skills. The preferred candidate is self-directed and will have experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. **What You'll Do:** + Lead design (from creative concepting through full design) for large, sophisticated and high visibility projects. + Deliver high-quality work while managing deadlines, in partnership with collaborators. + Versatile design skills ranging from print deliverables to highly interactive PDFs and web-based presentations (including video, animation, Adobe Publish). + Motivated to acquire new skills and experiment with new techniques. + Highly collaborative and attuned to feedback from marketing managers/writers and sales professionals to bring creative concepts to life and complete projects successfully. + Openness and willingness to receive assistance from and provide support to other designers on the team, when needed. + Build original designs using the Adobe Creative Suite, along with Microsoft products. + Other duties may be assigned. + No formal supervisory responsibilities, although will serve as the lead on assigned design projects, coordinating tasks and ensuring timelines are met. **What You'll Need:** To perform this job successfully, an individual will need to perform each crucial duty satisfactorily. The minimum salary for the Senior Graphic Designer position is $80,000 annually and the maximum salary for the is $85,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.  Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
