As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer/Tech Lead, you will:
Have solid hands-on expertise in front-end, back-end and cloud development along with technical leadership qualities in driving a team of experienced cloud full stack developers.demonstrate ability to solve a broad set of problems including highly complex ones with at least ReactJS, NodeJS, Python and AWS serverless technologies.perform activities such as refactoring and re-platforming and is able effectively apply DevSecOps principles best practice software architecture and development practicespossess ability to break down moderately complex problems to implement for increased business impactsupport other team members and helps them to be successful. Write high-quality, maintainable, and well-tested code across the full stack (React, Node.js, Python, AWS)Build responsive, performant front-end applications using React.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScriptDevelop scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js and PythonDesign and implement serverless architectures using AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, etc.)Implement CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code using AWS CDK/CloudFormation/TerraformOptimize application performance, scalability, and cost-efficiencyDebug complex issues across the entire stack and resolve production incidentsParticipate in on-call rotation and ensure system reliabilityTeam Development & Collaboration

Technical Expertise
10+ years of professional software development experience with full-stack development3+ years in technical leadership or senior engineering rolesExpert-level proficiency in:Front-End: React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, modern state management (Redux, Context API, Zustand)Back-End: Node.js, Express.js/Fastify, RESTful APIs, GraphQLPython: Flask/FastAPI/Django, data processing, scriptingAWS Serverless: Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, EventBridge, Step Functions, SQS/SNSStrong understanding of serverless architecture patterns, microservices, and event-driven designExperience with AWS services: CloudFormation/CDK, IAM, CloudWatch, RDS/Aurora, ElastiCacheProficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, DynamoDB, MongoDB)Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline)Strong knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (ECS, Fargate, Kubernetes is a plus)Architecture & Design
