Sr. Fuel Pricing Manager, North America

Summary

In the role of Sr. Manager B2B Fuel Pricing NA in the Global Fuel Pricing and Analytics team, you will be responsible for driving and implementing strategic B2B and data-driven initiatives in B2B fuel pricing in the US ensuring consistency in pricing strategy and tactics across the channel.  In your work, you will regularly interact and coordinate efforts with several different parts of the organization, including Business Units, B2B Sales Teams and North America Fuel Analytics.  This is an important role in helping to drive Circle K's B2B Strategy.

Responsibilities

Optimize overall B2B segment profitability by driving consistent pricing strategy and execution across customer segments and business units.Lead the implementation of B2B pricing programs with U.S. business units in alignment with commercial strategy and Delegation of Authority.Collaborate with B2B Sales teams and business units to ensure effective, efficient pricing processes that enable sales without creating bottlenecks.Propose discount authorization levels in coordination with business units and the North America B2B Commercial Management team.Develop and enforce commercial framework guidelines, including contracts and general terms, to ensure margin protection and risk coverage.Support process improvements in pricing execution and optimization through collaboration with cross-functional teams and data-driven insights.Contribute to annual volume and margin target setting in partnership with B2B Sales and analytics and operational planning teams.Monitor B2B market trends and assess their business impact to inform strategic direction and pricing decisions.Share best practices, lessons learned, and performance insights across business units and global teams to build pricing capabilities.Manage and support key projects and initiatives related to B2B pricing strategy, execution, and process development.Drive change and foster compliance with standardized pricing practices to enhance transparency, effectiveness, and margin performance.Communicate proactively with stakeholders across functions to ensure alignment and support for pricing decisions and initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s  university degree in the business, engineering or related field.Minimum of 3 years experience in fuel experience: experience in B2B commercial or wholesale pricing in B2B preferred. Experience in Supply/Logistics would also be beneficial but, not required.Demonstrated analytical capability and ability to make decisions quickly leveraging data.Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI).Familiarity with pricing software and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, Vendavo, PROS) would be beneficial.Manage multiple activities/projects with a strong attention to detail.A strong continuous improvement and strategic mindset able to understand current state and inform and communicate a future state view.Strong Stakeholder Management and process enablement skills vis Strong cooperation skills and drive change in the organizationFluent in English (verbal and written)
