Our client is seeking an experienced Full Stack .NET Architect to help define and drive architecture standards, patterns, and reusable modules used across their development organization. This is a very hands-on, highly technical role with a strong emphasis on frontend architecture, while remaining full-stack. You’ll play a key role in shaping how teams build scalable, secure, and modern applications.
**Job Title:** Full Stack .NET Architect (Frontend-focused)
**Location:** Fully remote within the U.S. (EST working hours)
**Terms:** Contract-to-hire; 90-day conversion

**What You’ll Do:**
• Define and maintain architecture standards, patterns, and shared modules used by development teams across the organization.
• Design, build, and maintain large-scale applications using React, TypeScript, and C#/.NET.
• Lead frontend architecture efforts with a focus on scalability, accessibility, and reusability.
• Implement advanced React Hooks and patterns to support complex application needs.
• Guide teams on state management using Redux and Redux Toolkit (RTK Query preferred).
• Partner with developers to improve code quality, performance, and maintainability.
• Design and optimize database solutions, including performance tuning.
• Apply Azure architectural best practices, including cloud-native services and security standards.
• Ensure proper authentication, authorization, and compliance across applications.
• Lead and mentor developers while making key technical decisions under pressure.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.
**What You Bring:**
• 7+ years designing and developing software solutions.
• 3+ years leading and mentoring developers.
• Expert-level experience with React, TypeScript, and C#/.NET.
• Strong TypeScript skills, including interfaces, generics, and advanced typing.
• Experience with UI frameworks for scalable, responsive UIs (Material UI preferred).
• Familiarity with modern frontend build tools (Vite preferred).
• Strong database design and performance tuning experience.
• Experience with Azure SQL Database and Cosmos DB preferred.
• Advanced understanding of Azure architecture and best practices.
• Strong knowledge of security, authentication, and authorization patterns.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
