Description The Senior Financial Analyst plays a key role in financial planning, analysis, and decision support across the organization. This position partners with internal stakeholders to provide actionable insights, forecast trends, and ensure financial goals are achieved. Key Responsibilities + Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning + Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results, delivering variance analysis and recommendations + Partner with business units to identify risks, opportunities, and strategies aligned with company objectives + Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership + Support preparation of executive-level deliverables, including board presentations and strategic planning materials + Perform scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, and ad hoc financial assessments for business initiatives + Monitor and analyze KPIs relevant to the financial services industry + Ensure accuracy and compliance of financial data with internal controls and external regulations + Lead or support initiatives focused on process improvement, cost optimization, and automation + Stay current on financial services industry trends, tools, and best practices Requirements + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field + MBA or relevant certification preferred + 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience, ideally within financial services + Strong proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) + Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Microsoft D365 is a plus + Excellent communication and presentation skills + Strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and business acumen Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
