Position Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Sr. Financial Analyst.

In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing the accounting and financial analysis related to NYU Langone Medical Center MCIT. Assists with projections, forecasts, budgets, reporting and special projects. Generates analyzes and distributes a variety of reports and analyses which are vital to decision making processes for both senior leadership and management. The function will support MCIT and NYULMC departments with the processing and reporting of financial information needed for making informed managerial decisions. Effectively and appropriately provide financial information in a timely manner

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for the day to day management of the financial processes, e.g. journal entries, account reconciliations, budget updates, etc.Collaborates with IT management and coordinates reporting of the organization to ensure conformity with fiscal policy & procedures.Coordinates, compiles and analyzes monthly financial data for MCIT and its component units utilizing spreadsheet and database applications.

Minimum Qualifications:
To qualify you must have a Bachelors degree and minimum 4 years relevant work experience or an equivalent combination

NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York state Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $81,325.15 - $116,600.00 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
