Job Description Summary

Reporting to the Americas FP&A Director, the Senior Financial Analyst will help manage the Company’s financial planning and reporting activities, including monthly reporting of key enterprise information, annual operating budget and business analysis.

Responsibilities

Provide insightful analysis of business results to business leaders and perform ad-hoc analyses that lead to problem solving and business improving recommendationsPartner with business leadership on strategic initiatives to drive growthDesign and build dynamic financial models to facilitate the understanding between drivers and results and communicate results to finance and business leadersProduce and analyze financial data monthly, including variance analysis to prior year, annual operating plan and forecastWork with cross-functional teams to manage P&L expectationsAssist with preparation of the monthly financial presentationsReporting and analysis including periodic reporting, periodic forecast analysis and deck preparationPartner with FP&A leadership to drive better reporting and continuous process improvement

Requirements

3-5 years of relevant work experienceBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplineStrong financial systems experience, preferably Workday, Essbase and Hyperion PlanningProficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with data analytics and data visualization tools, such as PowerBI is a plus.Experience with forecasting and budgeting, financial modeling, data analysis and business analysisComfortable working within a highly matrixed and fast-paced environmentSelf-motivated with strong attention to detail, good organizational and time management skills, and excellent work ethicStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a teamBasic understanding of US GAAP

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.


The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00
