North America Tools & Outdoor is currently seeking candidates for Senior Financial Analyst, Commercial SG&A.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with financial leaders and the broader FP&A team to budget and forecast for Commercial SG&A cost centers and functions.

- Prepare monthly variance analysis and reporting of SG&A actuals to budget, forecast, and prior year using system-level detail.

- Drive process improvements that impact business results (Month end close, Forecasting, Operating Plan)
- Support EPM Cloud and Functional Transformation integration

- Validate financial systems tied to expectations and problem-solve in situations where there are discrepancies
- Support month-end accrual process for Commercial SG&A cost centers.

- Support budgeting and forecasting for Growth investment initiatives, including reporting, variance analysis

- Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and reports as needed to support decision-making.
 
Qualifications:
- BS in Accounting or Finance with strong analytical skills
- 3 years of finance experience
- Proven problem-solving skills, generating solutions/recommendations to issues before the topic is presented to management

- Solid English oral and written communication, strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent computer skills: Highly proficient in Excel, Dashboard building, PowerPoint, and Power BI knowledge of Hyperion HFM and SAP or their equivalent ERP system.
- Experience with process improvements and optimization
