Sr. Finance Manager (Remote) Job ID 234484 Posted 21-Aug-2025 Service line GWS Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Accounting/Finance Location(s) Remote - US - Remote - US - United States of America **About the role:** As a CBRE Finance Sr. Manager, will be responsible for managing in scope contract commercials, financial reporting, process, audit and control of the AMS portfolio. As a key member of the Global senior financial management team, they will provide the Account leadership with high quality commercial & financial reporting, to support the drive for value, service improvement and change across the entire portfolio. This role will be a key interface for the US Client and related CBRE Leadership team. The person will require excellent Client relationships and the ability to meet the strict client and CBRE reporting and MI requirements. **What you’ll do:** + Drive high quality financial / commercial performance throughout the business, by developing strategic internal and external client relationships. + Hold key relationship with local client. + Ensure reporting consistency and integrity for both internal and external reporting – BOS creation and improvement. + Ensure full compliance with SOX control requirements within CBRE and with emphasis of Contract Assurance activities. + Build and maintain strong relationship with Client staff exceeding their expectations at all times. + Own CBRE month-end Global process and reporting integrity + Manage the CBRE month-end operational improvement and standardization. + Manage the CBRE and Bank PLAN and Forecasting outputs. + Support Global Finance Director, Account Lead and Regional Operations Lead with high quality financial information. + Draw upon CBRE standard methodology where appropriate. Build networks with SMEs to ensure awareness of wider initiatives. + Provide high quality beneficial financial reporting across the entire portfolio, and at all levels – internally and externally. + Act as point of contact for all CBRE Regional or GWS finance related initiatives. **What you’ll need:** Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5 - 8 years of proven experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Qualified Accountant / Qualified by experience with proven track record in area of finance. Excellent all-round IT Skills. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and able to communicate with people at all levels across the account. Ability to develop effective relationships at all levels. Experience of working in an environment where delivering financial information within tight timescales is a pre-requisite. Significant knowledge of GWS financial processes, procedures and audit understanding. Self motivated, high achiever. Open and transparent with high standards of personal integrity. The maximum salary for the Sr. Finance Manager position is $165,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
