**About The Role:**
As a CBRE Senior Field Support Technician, you will coordinate the daily operations for large or high-profile locations. This includes software, hardware, tape backups, phone administration, and local area network. This job is within the Digital and Technology Support function. They are responsible for providing technical support and solutions to internal users.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the local area network.
+ Install and upgrade complex operating systems including standard business applications and associated peripherals.
+ Solve Desktop Virus and malware issues.
+ Maintain a daily backup of all network files.
+ Perform advanced administration tasks for software or hardware products to ensure manufacturer warranty.
+ Troubleshoot difficult software and hardware problems through debugging, testing, and vendor assistance.
+ Provide recommendations for program changes to correct software problems.
+ Perform hardware and software inventory.
+ Conduct the administration of phone and voicemail systems for the site.
+ Recognize and solve typical and atypical problems that can occur in own work area without supervisory approval.
+ Evaluate and select solutions from established options.
+ Impact the team through the quality of the services or information provided.
+ Follow standardized procedures and practices and receive regular but moderate supervision and guidance.

+ High School Diploma or GED with 2-3 years of job-related experience.
+ An established understanding of work routines and standards and applying skills and knowledge in a range of processes, procedures, and systems are required.
+ Requires intermediate problem-solving skills with the capacity to review and select solutions from available options without supervisor approval.
+ Ability to explain detailed and complicated information within the team in a clear and concise manner.
+ Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Strong organizational skills with a robust inquisitive mindset.
