Sr. Fast Pay Analyst

Our client in the hospitality industry is seeking a Fast Pay Analyst to join their team. As a Fast Pay Analyst, you will be part of the Distribution Services team supporting Group Meetings and Events. The ideal candidate will be a problem solver, a self-starter, and possess strong communication skills to align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Fast Pay Analyst
**Location:** Memphis, TN
**Pay Range:** 28.00/hr
**What's the Job?**
+ Research information and analyze data to arrive at objective conclusions, recommendations, and plans of actions within the FastPay program.
+ Suggest improvements as it relates to FastPay.
+ Be responsible for the commission payment process cycle through research, special projects, and internal control procedures.
+ Perform reconciliations of hotel supporting documentation to MPC invoices. This includes researching, resolving and reporting any variances.
+ Provide customer service support to MPCs and perform functions related to special projects or ad-hoc requests.
**What's Needed?**
+ High School Diploma/GED
+ Three (3) years of experience managing multiple accounts
+ General Accounting Knowledge
+ Typing/Data Entry Skills
+ Strong attention to detail and possess a high level of positive energy and drive
