**Job Description**
The Sr. Facilities Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily repairs, preventative maintenance, and facility infrastructure of warehouses and offices. This role ensures a safe, efficient, and well-maintained work environment while managing vendor relationships, budgets, and facility-related projects. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in facility management, leadership experience, and the ability to drive process improvements.
**Responsibilities**
+ Oversee day-to-day facility operations, including building repairs, preventative maintenance, security, and business continuity planning.
+ Manage facility budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions and operational efficiency.
+ Lead external vendors to ensure high standards of service and maintenance.
+ Maintain policies for preventative maintenance, safety, security, and regulatory compliance.
+ Support facility-related projects, including renovations, expansions, and system upgrades.
+ Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships for services such as cleaning, security, HVAC, and landscaping.
+ Partner with EHS leader to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to building operations and workplace safety.
+ Support sustainability initiatives and energy-efficient practices within facilities.

**Work Environment**
The role is based in a large distribution center, managing scheduling with external contractors performing maintenance within the facility. The shift is from 8am to 4:30pm.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Newark, California
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $28.00/hr.
