Sr. Executive Technical Recruiter

We are seeking a well-connected, intellectually curious individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can drive and own the recruiting efforts of senior external talent. Responsibilities + Guide executive-level candidates through interviews and closing, ensuring logistical needs are met. + Anticipate objections, negotiate effectively, and deliver hiring solutions that align with both immediate and long-term business goals. + Manage and improve the candidate screening process by identifying and promoting best practices to ensure a strong and qualified talent pool. + Lead the candidate assessment framework, driving best practices and creating tools aligned to key competencies and role requirements to ensure high-quality hires. + Use deep knowledge of competitor opportunities to differentiate unique career possibilities, advantages, and rewards. + Leverage a consistent, compelling message that conveys the most significant motivators to prospective candidates. + Share proven stories that help others across the discipline to source, recruit, and/or close candidates, track candidate activity, and share with internal stakeholders. + Own and enhance candidate experience by anticipating potential issues and working with business leaders to address them, ensuring a smooth and positive journey at every stage. + Lead hiring efforts by developing plans that support candidate needs throughout the full hiring process for executive-level and critical roles. + Use a strong understanding of business needs such as time to hire, location, and budget to effectively execute recruitment searches that align with hiring manager priorities. + Work with recruiting leaders to provide regular updates, set expectations, and align on priorities. + Tailor communication styles and content to suit different audiences, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the hiring process. Essential Skills + Executive recruiting expertise with a strong focus on engineering and technical talent. + 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. + Proven ability to build and leverage external networks to identify, engage, and attract top talent. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Intellectual curiosity and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. + Strong negotiation skills and experience in delivering hiring solutions. Work Environment This position is 100% remote, offering flexibility and the ability to work from any location. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Redmond, Washington. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $60.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
