Sr. Energy & Utility Analyst (Hybrid)

**About the Role:**
As a CBRE Senior Energy & Utility Analyst at CBRE, you will support energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives across a large healthcare account in Central Texas through a hybrid role that combines remote work with regular site visits.
You’ll be a key member of the Energy and Sustainability team, passionate about reducing energy costs and improving performance across multiple facilities.
This role demands strong analytical skills, clear communication, and a passion for driving strategic, data-informed decisions that align with CBRE’s sustainability goals.
**What You’ll Do:**
+ Responsible for managing utility data quality within a utility bill management platform including billing errors and account transfers.
+ Coordinates utility account changes across the portfolio for establishing new service, or transferring/terminating existing accounts.
+ Maintain energy dashboard visualizations including Tableau and Smartsheet-based applications.
+ Support the development and maintenance of a building operations energy scorecard program to drive no/low-cost energy reduction initiatives.
+ Support the identification and evaluation of pilot technologies and programs to reduce energy consumption.
+ Assist with energy project scoping, implementation, and estimated savings reporting.
+ Manage program to measure site-specific energy performance and update scoring criteria as needed.
+ Prepare custom energy reporting package(s) as needed. May include consumption and cost variance analysis.
+ Understand energy contracts management and assist with handling long-term contracts for electricity and natural gas.
+ Support development of annual utility budgets and energy efficiency project budgets.
+ Assist with required on-site visits for project or program work.
+ Participate in site inspections, surveys, and reporting as needed.
+ Communicate and collaborate with other team members as needed to accomplish team goals.
+ Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
+ Explain sophisticated information to others in straightforward situations.
+ Other related senior-level analyst duties as needed.
**What You’ll Need:**
+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered
+ Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve sophisticated problems
+ Ability to analyze solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mentality

What You’ll Need:

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Product Enablement Consultant position is $95,000/yr and the maximum salary for the position is $115,000/ yr. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
